Jeffrey W. Roberts, age 46 of Somerville passed away at McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital on Thursday, October 6, 2011. He was born in Hamilton on March 30, 1965 the son of Wayne and Patricia (Ponder) Roberts. On May 21, 1993 in Hamilton he married Wanda Sue McIntosh and she preceded him in death in 2006.
He is survived by his daughter, Maggie Jean Roberts; two brothers, Greg (Kathy) Carmack and Steven (Sandy) Carmack; one sister, Tina Gibson-Ashman; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Friday, October 14, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Eddie and Tammy McIntosh for their loving care of Maggie Jean. In lieu of flowers, donations can be directed to the Jeffrey W. Roberts Memorial Fund c/o Kathy Carmack at any First Financial Bank.
