Jerald Edward Taylor

Jerald Edward Taylor, age 79 of Fairfield passed away at mercy Hospital of Fairfield on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at 11:40 PM. He was born in Harrison, Ohio on April 19, 1931. Jerry served in the US Army as part of the Big Red One. He retired from General Motors of Norwood after 39 ½ years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and a sister. Jerry is survived by his wife, Nancy Louise Taylor; his daughter, Tina Louise Taylor, his son, Randy Edward Taylor; his son, Dan Ray Taylor; his stepdaughter, Nanette Florence Cohen. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and two siblings, Loraine Cosby and Jimmy Taylor.

Memorial service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Monday, December 13, 2010 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Memorial visitation will be held Monday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
