Jimmy R. Smith

Jimmy R. Smith, age 60 of Camden passed away at Reid Memorial Hospital in Richmond, Indiana on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at 3:58 PM. He was born in Oneida, Kentucky on June 8, 1951 the son of Ray and Birdie (Smallwood) Smith. Jimmy retired as a forklift operator at Pella Entry Systems in Fairfield, Ohio.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa (Masiero) Smith; children, Amy (Chris) Mitchell, Marlene Smith, Jimmy Ray Smith, Jr., Matthew Smith, and Mark Smith; his mother, Birdie Smith; siblings, Josephine (A.B.) Gray, Kenneth (Gladys) Smith, Doris Smith, Nancy Nelson, and Mattie (Harold) Gray; and grandchildren, Cheyenne, Levi, Daulton, Alayna, Zaccary, Jessica, Tosha, Lisa, Matthew, and Felicia. He was preceded in death by his father; and 4 siblings.

Funeral service will be held at the Auburn Old Time Holiness Church; 1077 Morgan Ross Rd, Hamilton, 45013 on Monday, December 12, 2011 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Granville Saylor officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Sunday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
