Joan L. Stevens

Joan Louise Stevens, age 81 of Hamilton, passed away at Woodlands of Hamilton on Saturday, January 17, 2026. Joan was born in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky on March 25, 1944 to Arnold and Berna Goebel. On April 25, 1964, she married Ronald Stevens in Cincinnati. Joan dedicated her life to raising her three children and caring for countless critters. She enjoyed crafting including crocheting, painting, needlepoint, and was an avid reader.

Joan is survived by her children, Douglas M. Stevens (Donald Houck), Susan B. (Daniel) Rahm, and Kathryn L. Asbach; her grandchildren, Christopher, Aaron and Casey; her numerous great-grandchildren; and her brother, Ronald Goebel. Joan was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 42 years, Ronald Stevens; and her brother, Thomas Goebel.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio. Private burial will be held at Millville Cemetery.
