John C. Taylor

John C. Taylor, age 74 of Oxford, passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023. John was born in Waukegan, Illinois on September 21, 1949 to Maurice B. Taylor and Martha M. (McCray) Taylor. He loved basketball, walking, running, and spending time with Gage and Kyla. John enjoyed Perry Mason re-runs and other great shows of the 50s and 60s. He also loved music, especially Elvis and Glen Campbell.

John is survived by his companion, Tina Mullins; sisters, Maureen (Tom) McDonough and Martha Ann Taylor; nephews, Sean (Brenda) McDonough and Ryan (Sorana) McDonough; and numerous other relatives and friends. John was preceded in death by his parents and his niece, Amber N. Leab.

A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
