John "Jack" Haney

John "Jack" Haney, age 86 of Hamilton, passed away at Bradford Place on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 11:20AM. He was born in Indianapolis, IN on December 16, 1928 to Michael and Catherine (Connelly) Haney. Jack was employed at Mercy Hospitals for 25 years. He was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church.

He is survived by his children, Thomas (Leslie) Haney, Mary Beth (Gary) Haubner, Kathleen (Randy) Davenport, and Joseph (Angela) Haney, his grandchildren, Taylor Haney, Madeline, Mitchell, and Lydia Haubner, Matthew, Bradley, and Hayden Davenport, Hunter and Sophia Haney, his sister, Rosemarie DaPuzzo, and his dear friend, Sally Wasser. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Clare (Felix) Haney, his siblings, Patricia Carey, Michael Haney, and Catherine Farrell, and his parents.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 2550 Millville Ave, on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 10 AM with Fr. Wedig officiating. Burial will follow at St. Aloysius Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 6, 2015 from 5-8 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home 1350 Millville Ave. Memorial contributions can be made to Queen of Peace Parish St. Vincent DePaul Society.
