John F. Schoellhamer Jr.

John F. Schoellhamer Jr., age 61 of Hamilton passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 12, 2012 at 1:54 AM. He was born in Hamilton on October 15, 1950 the son of John F. Sr. and Marjorie (Harmon) Schoellhamer. John was employed as a pipefitter for the past 37 years. In 1984 in Hamilton, he married Karen Barger.

He is survived by his wife, Karen Schoellhamer of Hamilton; a daughter, Katrina (Josh) Kemen of West Chester; a granddaughter, Pepper Renee Kemen; his mother-in-law, Coleen Barger of Hamilton; brothers-in-law Bryan (Laura) Barger of Arizona and Kevin (Karena) Barger of Hamilton; and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved grandson, Braiden John Kemen.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Ernest Benge of Eaton Road Full Gospel Church officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
