Johnny R. Brickner

Johnny R. Brickner, age 67 of Hamilton, passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital ER on Tuesday, April 21, 2015. He was born in Hamilton on June 13, 1947 to Bernard and Catherine (McDaniel) Brickner. On December 24, 1994 he married Lashon Bowling and together they enjoyed 20 years of marriage. Johnny was a long distance truck driver for various companies and he also owned and operated Deano’s Pizza in Hamilton. Johnny enjoyed classic movies, getting ice cream with his kids, especially his grandson Nicky, long car rides and family gatherings.

He is survived by his wife Lashon, children Billie, Patrick, John and Cathy; grandchildren Nicky, Alicia, Angie, Josh, Hannah, Logan, Taylor and Susie; one brother Claude (Judy) and one sister in law Betty; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Robert, Billy, Logan and Nelson.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the convenience of the family.
