Joni Denise Steele

Joni Denise Steele, age 56 of Hamilton passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at 2:20 PM. She was born in Hamilton on February 12, 1955 the daughter of Adam Jr. and Nancy (Singleton) Rinck. Joni attended Tylersville Worship Center. On October 25, 1975 in Hamilton she married Daniel L. Steele.

She is survived by her husband, Daniel L. Steele of Hamilton; her father, Adam Rinck Jr. of Hamilton; two brothers, Adam (Donna) Rinck III and Tim (Diane) Rinck of Hamilton; three sisters, Linda (Charlie) Wiggins of Jacksonville, Florida, Janetta (Tim) Diefenbacher and Pamela (Dennis) Morgan, both of Hamilton; two brothers-in-law, Terry Steele of Hamilton and Duane Steele of College Corner; special lifetime friends Tom and Judy Ellis of Hamilton; and her beloved cats, Scamper Jack and Lucky. She was preceded in death by her mother; and her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Naomi and Clifford Steele.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Friday, April 22, 2011 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Keith McRoberts of Tylersville Worship Center officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The family extends a special thank you to Dr. Edward Crane and the staff of Oncology/Hematology Care, Inc. for all their loving care and support.
