Joseph Wayne Addis, age 37 of Fairfield, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2015. He was born in London, Kentucky on September 12, 1977 to Amos and Sandra (Roth) Addis.
He is survived by his mother, Sandra Addis; father, Amos Addis; siblings, Nicholas (Donna) Litschgi, Carl (Sandy) Litschgi, Daniel Litschgi, Scott (Missy) Addis, Amy (Eric) Fehrenbach; many nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles; and a girlfriend, Connie Williams. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Ray McWhorter.
A memorial service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 6:00 PM. A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2015 from 5:00 - 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
