Joseph Barsamian

Joseph Barsamian, age 95 of Columbus, Ohio, passed away at Berkeley Square Nursing Home on Friday, February 21, 2025. Joe was born in Cleveland, Ohio on October 1, 1929 to Ahlg and Mary Barsamian. Joe was trained and renowned trumpeter, playing across the United States during the 1940s and 50s. On May 13, 1961, he married the love of his life, Joann Nunemaker.

Joe is survived by his wife of 64 years, Joann Barsamian; his sisters-in-law,  Deidra Thieken, Norma Eleton and Debbie Wagers; and many nieces and nephews. Joe was preceded in death by his parents; and his sisters, Rose and Margie.
