Judith Marie (Owens) Combs

Judith Marie (Owens) Combs of Hamilton passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, June 20, 2009. She was born in Cincinnati on April 25, 1954 the loving daughter of Leonard and Geneva (Cash) Owens. Judy attended Cincinnati Public Schools.

She leaves behind her husband, best friend and loving companion of over eight years, Steve Combs. Judy was the love and light of his life. She is also survived by two daughters, Teresa (Slone) and her husband Rick Foster of Cincinnati and Gina (Slone) and her husband Chris Callahan of Hamilton; three sisters, Beverly (Jim) Roysden, Geraldine Wilson, both of Portland, Indiana, and Patricia Hamblin of Cincinnati; three brothers, Ronald (Beth) Owens of Hamilton, Leonard (Carol) Owens of Dry Ridge, Kentucky, and Robert (Cathy) Owens of Dayton, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Phylicia, Raven, Cinnamon, Jasmine, Rodney, Christiana, and Shortia; a great-grandchild, Aaliyah; a favorite aunt, Lizzi Bullock; and many nieces, nephews, and numerous friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Fern Brummett and Phyllis Schreibeis; and husband Rodney Glen Slone.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
