Judith C. Miller

Judith C. Miller, age 80 of Bedford, Indiana formerly of Hamilton, passed away at IU Hospice House on Saturday, August 18, 2018. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on June 1, 1938 the daughter of Waldo Charles and Martha Ann (McDonald) Hilz. Judy was employed as the deputy clerk for the City of Hamilton Municipal Court, from 1956 to 1966. She was member of St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church and the Altar Society. Judy was a loving devoted mother to her sons and very active in their school and sports functions. On January 30, 1963 in Hamilton she married Wayne Miller and he preceded her in death in 2005.

She is survived by two sons; Matt Miller and Michael Miller; two grandsons, Benjamin Michael Miller and Johnathan Michael Miller; sister-in-law, Janice (Nick) Bauvelt; seven nieces and nephews, Matt and Scott Bauvelt, Bob, Beverly, and Brad Beasley, Beth and Brooks Hutzelman; and step-sister, Alice Hilz. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, JoAnn Hutzelman.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church, 382 Liberty Avenue, on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 10:00 AM with Fr. Rob Muhlenkamp, Celebrant. Entombment will follow at St. Stephens Cemetery.
