Judy Ann Smith

Judy Ann Smith, age 69 of Hamilton passed away at Golden Years Health Care on Sunday, November 23, 2008 at 7:25 PM. She was born in McKee, Kentucky on October 9, 1939 the daughter of Edgar and Virgie (Tillery) Morris. Judy was employed as a nurses aid at Mercy Hospital of Hamilton for 23 years, retiring in 1994. She was a member of First Pentecostal Apostolic Church.

She is survived by four sons, Steve (Pamela) Smith and Dean (Laura) Smith, both of Hamilton, and John Smith and Joe (Sue) Smith, both of Versailles, Indiana; one daughter, Lisa (Myrel) Frazier of Shelbyville, Indiana; three brothers, Jay (Rosalie) Morris of Darrtown, Jim (Dorothy) Morris of Hamilton, and Lyndon Morris of Trenton; two sisters, Sandy (Ted) Chandler of Fairfield and Imogene (Edgar, Jr) Foltz of Pennsylvania; ten grandchildren, Shelly, Steve Jr., Nick, Joe Jr., Amanda Jo, Maggie, Mollie, Tyler, Ashleigh, and Brooke; three great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Jacob and Lilli; and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Edgar Morris and mother and stepfather, Virgie and Wilbur Nash.

Funeral service will be held at the First Pentecostal Apostolic Church, 2965 Blue Rock Road, Cincinnati, on Saturday, November 29, 2008 at 10:00 AM with Pastor Terry Meade officiating. Burial will follow at 12:00 noon Saturday at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the church.
