Julianna Carmack

Julianna Carmack, age 61 of Hamilton passed away at her residence on Monday, May 2, 2011 at 6:15 PM. She was born in Middletown on October 13, 1949 the daughter of Clifford E. and Mary John (Loizos) Withrow. Julianna was employed as a constituent information specialist for Luxettia Retail. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. On August 16, 1986 in Fairfield she married Michael D. Carmack.

She is survived by her husband, Michael D. Carmack of Hamilton; four children, Douglas E. (Kate) Plowman of South Carolina, Michael B. (Tonya) Carmack of Columbus, Jennifer Lynn (James) Carmack Wilson of Lebanon, and Jill Amber Carmack of Cincinnati; six grandchildren, Michael Sean (Becca) Plowman, Alyssa Grace Plowman, Emma Rose Wilson, James Robert "Bo" Wilson III, Chase Michael Carmack, and Ella Claire Carmack; and two brothers, James Nick Paulin Sr. of Maryland and John Clifford (Karen) Withrow of Bradford, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford E. Withrow and Mary John Withrow-Baker; and a sister-in-law Dani Sue Paulin.

A memorial service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 6600 Contreras Road, Oxford, on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 1:00 PM. Prior cremation will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Hospice of Hamilton in memory of Julianna Carmack, 1010 Eaton Avenue, Hamilton 45013.
