June Hoskins

June Hoskins, age 75 of Fairfield Township passed away at Mercy Hospital of Fairfield on Friday, December 28, 2007 at 7:40 PM. She was born in Tazewell, Tennessee on October 20, 1932 the daughter of Roper and Ethel (Campbell) Seal. June was a member of North Fairfield Baptist Church. On November 8, 1954 in Manchester, Kentucky she married Eugene Hoskins, who preceded her in death in 1996.

She is survived by a daughter, Gena Hoskins of Fairfield Township; two sons, Mark Hoskins of Fairfield Township and Michael (Sherry) Hoskins of Hamilton; two brothers, Kenneth Seal of Corbin, Kentucky and Bill (Margaret) Seal of Manchester, Kentucky; three sisters, Anna Lynn (Richard B.) Smith of Lebanon, Nancy Pardon of Hamilton, and Edith (Johnny) Gregory of Manchester, Kentucky; and four grandchildren, Chelsie, Christina, Daniel, and Michelle. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Grace Stivers and Margaret Wilson.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Wednesday, January 2, 2008 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Paul S. Hurst, Jr. of Middleground Church officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM.
