Kathleen Maude Hargraves

Kathleen Maude Hargraves, age 90 of Hamilton, passed away at The Woodlands of Hamilton on Tuesday, December 12, 2023. Kathleen was born in London, Kentucky on April 7, 1933 to the late Emin and Laura (Covington) Gambrel. Kathleen grew up in Hamilton and attended Fairfield High School before going to work for Avon Cosmetics, where she retired after over 25 years of service. She was a faithful and dedicated member of Twinbrook Hills Baptist Church. She previously taught Sunday School and volunteered with the Hamilton Christian School and various other church ministries. Her love for God and for her family was shown through her kindness and love. Kathleen will be dearly missed by her loving husband of 73 years, Estill “Windy” Hargraves; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents and nine siblings. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 18, 2023 from 10:00 AM until the time of her Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton, Ohio 45013 with Dr. Dennis Riddick officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park in Hamilton, Ohio. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of The Woodlands of Hamilton and Hospice of Cincinnati for their kindness and compassion.
