Kathleen A. Owens

Kathleen A. Owens, age 53 of Cincinnati, passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2024. Kathleen was born in Hamilton, Ohio on May 27, 1970 to Lawrence Foley and Margaret (Saurber) Foley. She was a loving wife, caring mother, devoted nana, faithful sister, and dedicated healthcare provider. Kathleen enjoyed spending time at the beach, being at home in her garden, and cheering on the Miami Dolphins. She loved being with her grandchildren, baking around the holidays, and being an advocate for those in need.

Kathleen is survived by her husband, Paul Owens; children, Kelly (Jacqueline) Hampton, Kara (Bradley) Rasnick and Courtney Owens; father, Lawrence Foley; grandchildren, Scarlet, Charlie, Leonardo, Tristen, Raegan, Aryelle and Alloni; siblings, John Foley, Mary (Steven) Jones and Angela (Alex) DiTullio; her faithful companion, Luka; and numerous other relatives and friends. Kathleen was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Foley; her brother, Philip Foley; and Boomer (her toy poodle).

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Thursday, February  8, 2024 at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at St. Stephen Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February  8, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association.
