Kathryn Jane Hopkins, age 61 of Hamilton, passed away at home on Friday, August 7, 2015. She was born in Hamilton on September 22, 1953 to Paul and Jane (Emerick) Lunsford. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. Kathy enjoyed playing bingo.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Donald Hopkins, her children Willie (Rachel) Hoskins, DeeDee (Mike) Ollis, and Malachi Hopkins, her grandchildren, Michael, Sidney, Lindsey, Cooper, Brianna, Kaylee, Jalynn, and Malachi Chestley, her siblings, Tom (Diane) Lunsford, Paula (Chris) Christoferson. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral service will be held at Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 7 PM with Pastor Rick Lawwill officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 from 5-7 PM at the funeral home. Condolences can be made at www.browndawsonflick.com.
