Born in Orange, California, Kelly Ann passed away in her home in Jurupa Valley, Ca from natural causes and is survived by Mother Joyce Ann Cardey (Messer), Father James Cardey, Sister Brenda (Cardey) DeVito, (Mike DeVito) Eagle Idaho, brother David Cardey (Danita Cardey) Riverside, Ca and 3 nephews Dominic DeVito US Navy, Charleston, SC, Anthony DeVito Eagle, Id and Drake Cardey Riverside, Ca. She is also survived by her Uncle Randy Messer, New Lebanon, Ohio and lots of cousins.
Services will be held at Butler County Memorial Park on Friday, November 13, 2026 from 12-1 pm in the chapel followed to gravesite.
