Kelsie Rae Barger, age 18 of Fairfield passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2013. She was born in Hamilton on January 27, 1995 the daughter of Kane Barger and Lisa Baker. Kelsie was a 2013 graduate of Fairfield High School (Butler Tech) and was attending the School of Advertising Art. She was very gifted in art and music, and played numerous instruments. Kelsie was a member of Glory Road Worship Center.
She is survived by her mother, Lisa (Greg Lack Jr.) Baker; her father, Kane (Crystal) Barger; two brothers, Dillon Barger and Greg Lack III; grandparents Peggy and Russ Adams, Arlo and Imogene Barger, and Joe and Juanita Baker; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, Nathan and her cousin, Evan Huff.
Visitation will be held at the North Fairfield Baptist Church, 6853 Gilmore Road, on Monday, October 28, 2013 from 3:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 7:00 PM with Rev. Vernon Williams of Glory Road Worship Center officiating. Private committal service will be held at Rose Hill Burial Park at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be directed to the School of Advertising Art, Kelsie Barger Scholarship Fund, 1725 East David Road, Kettering, Ohio 45440.
