Kenneth Dwayne Dean, age 70 of Hamilton, passed away at his home, on Wednesday, April 12, 2017. Kenneth was born in Benham, Kentucky on July 9, 1946 to Odes Dean and Mary Francis (Brock) Dean. Kenneth was a Corporal in the Marines Corps serving in the Vietnam Campaign. He was a retiree of the City of Hamilton, and he was a member of the Calvary Christian Center. In 1974 in Oxford, OH, he married Pamela Jessup, and she preceded him in death in 2016.
Kenneth is survived by his mother Mary Francis Dean; his son, David Ross-Dean; one grandson, Jessup (Marissa) Ross-Dean, sister and brother in law, Terri (Glen) Burkhardt; and also many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, Odes Dean; and one son, Ryan Nathan Dean.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Jim Mullins of Calvary Christian Center officiating. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
