Kenneth Wells Thomas, Sr.

Kenneth Wells Thomas, Sr., age 83 of Lawrenceburg, Ind., passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. Known to most as Ken, he was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 16, 1941, to the late Barney and Margaret (Brown) Thomas. Ken was a mechanic at PCS Chemical for over 40 years and could fix just about anything. He enjoyed the outdoors and hunting, but above all, he loved spending time with his family and friends.

Ken will be dearly missed by his children, Kimberly Roy, Kelly Thomas, Karie (John) Gleisinger, his daughter-in-law, Patty Becker; his grandchildren, Michael Powell, Eric Adams, Jeffrey Adams, Morgan Gleisinger, Cassidy Gleisinger, and Keenan (Tessa) Thomas; his great-grandchildren, Effie, Addy, Mia, Liberty, and Octavia; his nephew, David (Cristina) Bom, and his cousin, Vie Cunningham.

Ken was preceded in death by his loving wife, Kathleen (Altmayer) Thomas; his son, Kenneth Thomas, Jr.; his loving grandson, Kerk Thomas, and his sister, Shirley (Herb) Bom.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Loving Hearts Hospice, 4109 N. Dearborn Rd., Lawrenceburg, IN 47025 or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025 from 10:30 AM until his Funeral Service at 12:00 NOON at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton, Ohio 45013. Burial will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery.
