Kennetta Rose Hodge

Kennetta Rose Hodge, age 68 of Fairfield, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 6, 2025. Kennetta was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 23, 1956 to Edwin and Dorothy (nee Swift) Tobergta. In 1976, Kennetta married the love of her life, Donald Hodge. She loved horses and animals, especially her dogs, Scrappy and Lulu. Kennetta attended Free Pentecostal Pater Ave Church of God.

Kennetta is survived by her husband of 48 years, Donnie Hodge; her sons, David Hodge and Matt Hodge; her granddaughters, Leslie and Sidney Hodge; her siblings, Ed (the late Linda) Tobertga, Francis “Sis” (Sherman “Pud”) Wagers and Collette Sester; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Kennetta was preceded in death her parents; her son, Mark J. Hodge; and her brother, Billy Nolen.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Free Pentecostal Pater Ave Church of God, 1321 Pater Ave, Hamilton, OH 45011.  Funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM with Pastor Denny Matheny officiating. Burial will follow Rose Hill Burial Park.
