Kevin Wade Smith

Kevin Wade Smith, age 52 of Hamilton, passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. Kevin was born in Hamilton, Ohio on February 14, 1970 to Gene and Phyllis (Fugate) Smith. Kevin was a mechanic and ran his own garage for many years. When he wasn’t turning a wrench, he enjoyed casting a line and listening to music. To say that he enjoyed music would be an understatement and he had a particular love for heavy metal. Kevin is survived by his parents, Gene and Phyllis Smith; his brothers, Gene Smith and Gregg Smith; his niece, Misty (Jason) Moore; his nephews, Matthew (Krystel) Smith and Josh (Ashley) Smith; as well as many cousins, extended family members and friends. Kevin was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Angela (Merriman) Smith and his niece, Elizabeth Smith. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2022 from 10:00 AM until the time of his Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio with Pastor Tim Mullins officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Flat Cemetery.
