Kim Sue Forman, age 59 of Hamilton, passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on Monday, August 6, 2018. Kim was born in Hamilton, Ohio on June 15, 1959 to Cecil Forman and Doris (Garrison) Forman.
Kim is survived by her children Bobby Hatfield, Larry Hatfield and Sabrina Clinton; sibslings, Cecil (Martha) Forman Jr., Tari (Larry) Smith, Gina Heintzelman, Lori (Bill) Merry, Marybeth (Bill) Hudson and Brad (Elizabeth) Forman.
Visitation will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Friday, August 10, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Graveside service will follow at Somerville Cemetery.
