Kimberly Sue Adams

March 26, 1959 — May 14, 2008

Kimberly Sue Adams, age 49 of Hamilton passed away at her home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at 5:05 AM. She was born in Hamilton on March 26, 1959 the daughter of Paul L. and Margie (Walton) Campbell. Kim married Gene Adams on November 22, 1974. She was employed as a payroll specialist with Deaconess Longterm Care, where she leaves behind many special friends. Kim had a true love of family, and was always sure of what was important in life.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years and best friend, Gene Adams; three loving daughters, Heather (James) Yenke, Kelli Adams, and Tara Adams; her mother, Margie Campell; her father and stepmother, Paul and Yvonne Campbell; one sister, Heidi Schwegmann; two brothers, Michael (Cheryl) Campbell and Shaun (Lisa) Campbell; three grandchildren whom she adored, Sara Yenke, Trey Adams, and Alexis Adams; her father-in-law, John Adams; four nieces, Tiffany McClellan, Tia McClellan, Kayla Simpson, and Emma Campbell; three nephews, Jordan Schwegmann, Cody Schwegmann, and Seth Campbell; a brother-in-law, Jerry Simpson; numerous loving cousins, uncles, aunts, including Donna Wyatt; an aunt and uncle special to Kim’s heart, Uncle Tom and Aunt Rita Farmer; and her always "fun" cousins committee. Kim also leaves so many special friends, including Linda Allen and Greg Harrison. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert and Esther Walton, and Eva Becknell; father-in-law and mother-in-law Joe and Shirley Simpson; brother-in-law Clayton Adams; sister-in-law Tammy McClellan; and niece Madalynn Campbell.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Friday, May 16, 2008 at 1:00 PM with Darryl McCoy of Fairfield Church of God officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati. Kim’s family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Crane, Lisa and staff, Hospice of Cincinnati, and their wonderful caregivers for their concern and support.
