L. Irene Fox, age 99 of Hamilton passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Friday, March 26, 2010 at 8:44 PM. She was born in Peoria, Illinois on May 19, 1910 the daughter of Franklin and Leona (Neoma) Pierce. She had attended Immanuel Baptist Church.
She is survived by two children, Michael (fiancé Mary Rosselot) Fox of Hamilton and Patricia (Kenneth) Schlobohm of Elk Grove Village, Illinois; four grandchildren, Michael (Janet) Fox, Susan Fox, Karen (James Lagreca) Schlobohm, and Nancy (Don) Stone; nine great grandchildren, Jacob and Abigail Lagreca, Michael, Tara, and Christopher Fox, Robert Johnson, and Justin, Cory, and Taylor Stone; and one great great granddaughter, Ryleigh. She was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Fox in 1974; mother and stepfather, Neoma and Charles Peck; and her father, Franklin Pierce.
Private funeral service was held at the convenience of the family.
