Larry A. Hoppes

Larry Allen Hoppes, age 89 of Hamilton, passed away at StoryPoint Fairfield on Thursday, September 17, 2026. He was born in Connersville, Indiana on August 28, 1937 to Ross and Ester (DuBois) Hoppes. Larry was a veteran of the United States Air Force from 1955 to 1959. He was employed as a PBX Technician for numerous years before his retirement.

Larry is survived by his wife, Barbara K. Hoppes; one son, Brett Hoppes; two step daughters, Amy (Dave) Kraushar and Lori (Ernie) Hawkins; seven grandchildren, Alexis, Nicole, Emily, Meghan, David, Ethan, and Mitchell; and two great grandchildren, Calvin and Elizabeth. He was preceded in death by parents and brother, Dale Hoppes.

There will be no services held at Larry’s request.
