Larry Dean Jerdon

Larry Dean Jerdon, age 64 of Hamilton, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2014. He was born in Hamilton on June 13, 1950 to Mark and Maude (Jones) Jerdon. Larry graduated from Garfield High School in 1970. On April 23, 1976 in Hamilton he married Nancy Betz. Larry was employed as an electrician at University of Cincinnati Medical Center, he was retired electrician for the IBEW 648. He was a member of the Monkeys Mutual Aid Society. Larry coached baseball and softball for many years. He enjoyed woodworking and loved to spend time with his family and friends. Larry loved his dogs and the University of Alabama Football. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Jerdon; daughter, Katie (Mary Anne Hazlett) Jerdon; son, Kevin (Amanda) Jerdon; grandson, Dean Jerdon; brother, Mel Jerdon. He was preceded in death by sister, Norma Jean Thompson; step mother, Barbara Jerdon; and his parents.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Friday, December 12, 2014 at 10:00 AM with Stan Dunk officiating. Burial will follow at St. Stephens Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2014 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
