Lawrence Bednar

It is with a heavy heart that I must tell you my patient of 5 years, Lawrence Bednar died in Hospice of Blue Ash as a result of Complications from Covid 19. Larry was 84 with no underlying health issues but was not vaccinated by choice.

He leaves behind his devoted nurse, Debby, his beloved caregiver, Patrice Dickson and caregivers Shana Music and Karen Lawson.

Before contracting Covid Larry lived an active lifestyle with his caregivers. Flubbs and UDF were some of his favorite places to go.

Larry was an Ordained Minister and held a Masters Degree in Material Engineering and a Doctorate of Ministry. He worked 28 years at Armco/Ak Steel  before retiring and returning to college to get his Doctorate of Ministry.

Larry was the author of 6 books on the Innerancy of the King James Bible.

He was a member of Mt. Hope Baptist Church in Harrison, Ohio and attended every Sunday. Our hearts are broken.

Larry was a wonderful, kind and caring man and he was cherished by all who knew him. He was funny, warm and articulate. We already miss him so much and will never forget our time with him.

Larry had no children of his own so we were his daughters. We were so blessed to be a part of his life.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 28th , from 10:00AM - 1030AM. at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, OH.  Graveside services to follow at 11:00AM at Greenwood Cemetery with burial to follow beside his beloved wife of 52 years, Alice Bednar. She preceded him in death, February 22, 2022.
