Lea Etta Combs

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lea Etta Combs, who left this world for her eternal home on February 26, 2025, at the age of 81. Born on July 3, 1943, in Hamilton, Ohio. Throughout her life, Lea Etta was a proud resident of Hamilton, Ohio, where she created a loving home for her family.

As a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, Lea Etta dedicated herself to nurturing those around her. For years, she worked in dietary at Mercy Hospital and Berkley Square, her genuine dedication to her work made a positive impression on everyone around her.

Lea Etta was married to William Combs, for 50 beautiful years until his passing in 2012.

She is survived by her two sons, Curtis (Lori) and Chris (Ting); her seven grandchildren, Corey (Anna), Chelsea (Brent), Christopher, Aaron (Ravyen), Hannah (Tyler), Carson, and Camdyn; her six great-grandchildren; and her sisters, Beverly, Thelma, and Judy. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, her parents, Steve and Ruby Smith, and two siblings, Robert and Donna.

A visitation to celebrate Lea Etta's life will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio 45013 followed by a memorial service.

Lea Etta's love for her family will remain in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be greatly missed and cherished in our memories.
