Leo Ray Lynch, age 78 of Fairfield passed away at Hospice of Hamilton at Sunrise on Thursday, September 27, 2007. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on September 18, 1929. Leo was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict from 1951 to 1953 and was employed as warehouse manager at Hill Air Heating & Cooling. He was a member of Morning Star Christian Fellowship. On June 12, 1997 in Hamilton he married Martha Jones.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Lynch of Fairfield; two daughters, Sharon Mellhart and Melissa Dawler, both of Cincinnati; two stepsons, Tim and David; four stepdaughters, Barb, Darlene (Dwayne), Regina (Jim), and Patty (Dib); many grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Monday, October 1, 2007 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Ronald Howard of Morning Star Christian Fellowship officiating. Burial will follow in Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
