Leroy Gabbard

LeRoy Gabbard, age 85, passed away on September 21, 2018. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Dorothy May Gabbard, his brother James (Carol) Gabbard, and his sister, Bernice Cope. Two children, Karen (Roger Lynn) Millikin and David (Maureen) Gabbard. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Kyle Millikin, Oyuna Gabbard, and Allison Gabbard. LeRoy served our country in the Army during the Korean War. After his military service, he worked for Champion international Paper for 44 years, retiring in 1995. He loved camping, fishing and playing with his grandchildren. He was a devoted member of Faith Pentecostal Church, serving as an usher. A celebration of the life of LeRoy will be held on September 29, 2018 at the Brown Dawson Flick funeral home, 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton, Ohio 45013 with Pastor Rick Witt officiating. Friends may call from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., with the funeral service starting at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the building program fund of the Faith Pentecostal Church, P.O. Box 13224, Hamilton, Ohio 45013.
