Leslie B. Miles

Leslie B. Miles, age 43 of Hamilton passed away at his residence on Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at 8:45 AM. He was born in Hamilton on July 8, 1965 the son of Walter and Esther Jean (Crouch) Miles. Leslie was employed at Office Depot for the past year. He enjoyed fishing and watching sports.

He is survived by his mother, Esther Jean Miles of Hamilton; his father and stepmother, Walter and Niona Miles of St. Clair Township; a brother, Charles (Kelli) Miles of Monroe; a sister, Lisa Miles of Hamilton; five aunts, Faye Moore, Janet Herr, Peggy Coning, Kathy Beckett, and Mary Jo (Tim) Feltner; two nephews, CJ and Ryan Miles; and numerous cousins, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arvie and Della Crouch and Les and Charlotte Miles; and aunts and uncles Arvie Crouch, Geneva "Teet" Stacey, Happy Chandler Crouch, Ann Lois "Tootsie" Brashear, and Bobby Bauer.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Saturday, May 9, 2009 at 10:00 AM with Pastor Dennis Fields of New Liberty United Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
