Lewis Bolser

Lewis Bolser, age 91 of Seven Mile, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Tuesday, January 2, 2018. He was born in Hamilton on August 9, 1926 the son Lewis Sr. and Edna (Hurst) Bolser. Lewis was employed at AK Steel for forty years, retiring in 1987. He was a member of the New Miami Church of Christ, where he served as an Elder for numerous years. On October 5, 1963 in New Miami he married Gail Pence.

He is survived by his wife, Gail Bolser; one son, Joseph Bolser, both of Seven Mile; and one granddaughter, Cora Bolser; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; eight siblings, Betty Neal, Charles Payne, Clifford Payne, Dorothy Schulte, Goldie Harbaum, Marguerite Montigue, Merle Payne, and Ruth Settle.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made his memory to the New Miami Church of Christ, 104 Highland Avenue, Hamilton, 45011.
