Lillian M. Mastandrea

Lillian M Mastandrea, age 95 of Hamilton, passed away at Heritage Springs Nursing Home on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 02:05AM. She was born in Hamilton on July 1, 1918 to William and Emma (Drummond) Cruse. On March 21, 1935 she married Frank Mastandrea and were married for 69 years. Lillian studied Voice at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music and was a soloist in many musicals and in her church choir. Lillian was an assistant to Dr. James M. Glenn for more than 25 years. She was a member of the First Church of God Woodlawn Avenue and Christ Church at Mason.

She is survived by her daughter Antoinette "Toni" Lipscomb, daughter in law Debbie Mastandrea, grandchildren Neila (James) Hanges, Jeffrey (Becky) Lipscomb, Richard Lipscomb, Nancy (James) Dawson, Kelly (Thomas) Craft and Jennifer Mastandrea; great grandchildren Kara, Katie, Constance, Tiffany, Jillian, Nicole, Amber, Patrick, Lynsey, Andrew, Ryan, Nicholas, Ella, Shaun, Matthew, 8 great great grandchildren, one sister Irene Sheard, and many other family and friends. She was proceeded in death by her parents, husband, son Richard, and grandson Jason, and son in law Neil.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Friday, January 3, 2014 at 12 Noon with Dr. James C. Hanges officiating. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3, 2014 from 11-12 Noon at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Southwest Ohio.
