Infant, passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2012.
She is survived by her parents, Paul and Kelley Smith; siblings, Joshua Casebolt, Hailey Smith, Christian Smith and Carson Smith; grandparents, Betty Davis and Lester Smith; and aunts, Lindsey Ross and Kary Smith.
Graveside service will be 2pm Monday, October 1, 2012, at Rose Hill Burial Park.
