Linda Carol Bush

Linda Carol Bush, age 67 of Fairfield passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Friday, April 22, 2011 at 2:00 AM. She was born in Hamilton on November 13, 1943 the daughter of Victor and Vesta (Reynolds) Cox. Linda was employed as a bond clerk for Ohio Casualty Insurance Company for 35 years, retiring in 2004. In 1972 in Hamilton she married David Allen Bush, and he preceded her in death in 1999.

She is survived by three daughters, Michelle (Cameron) Peters of Cincinnati, Julie (Brian) de la Vega of Cincinnati, and Kristin Bush of Hamilton; two brothers, Don (Jean) Cox of Corpus Christi, Texas and Ted (Alice) Cox of Camden; four grandchildren, Emily, Tyler, Megan, and Brendan; and many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Shirley Moore.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at 10:00 AM with Pastor Scott Young, youth pastor of Fairfield Church of the Nazarene, officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
