Lola Loretta Neal

Lola Loretta Neal, age 79 of Hamilton, passed away at McCullough-Hyde Hospital on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at 6:10 PM. She was born in Booneville, Kentucky on July 19, 1936 the daughter of Thomas H. and Bertha (Campbell) Peters. On March 17, 1956 in Richmond, Indiana she married Harold B. Neal.

She is survived by her loving husband of fifty-nine years, Harold B. Neal of Hamilton; three children, Debbie (David) Imhoff of Hamilton, Thomas W. (Karen) Neal of Somerville, Michael D. (Angie) Neal of Hamilton; four siblings, Don Peters of Columbus, Virginia (Garnie Jr.) Walters of Irvine, Kentucky, Wayne (Elaine) Peters of Columbus, and Mary (Kenny) Campbell of Beattyville, Kentucky; nine grandchildren, Danielle (Mike) Smith, Jaclyn (David) Ludwick, Zachary (Jenny) Imhoff, Christopher Neal, Kimberly Neal, Kenneth Neal, Miranda Goins, Brandon Neal, and Lylah Neal; six great grandchildren, Grace, Courtney, Hallie, Kara, Mathew, and Reese; and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by parents and seven siblings, Kermit Peters, Lorene Harvey, Marie Thompson, Ora Lee Moore, Ralph Peters, Lucian Peters, and Clarence Peters.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Larry Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Associations.
