Lorenda J. Allen

Lorenda J. Allen, age 67 of Hamilton, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. Lorenda was born in Eubank, Kentucky on July 12, 1953 to Edgar and Wanda (nee Poynter) Isaacs. On September 17, 1972, she married the love of her life, Dennis Allen. She retired in 2016 from Ohio Casualty Group/Liberty Mutual after 43 years of service. Lorenda bowled in many leagues over the last 35 years. She loved traveling, gardening, spending time with friends and family. Lorenda will be remembered for her vibrant personality, huge heart, bright smile and contagious laugh.

Lorenda is survived by her daughters, Chastity (Pete) Leonard and Shanna Allen; her grandchildren, Dennis Napier, Cody Napier, Jordan Payne, Carolyn Leonard, Sammerah Allen and Ajnique Aldridge; her siblings, Martina (Paul) Lunsford, Shelia (Bob) Shiflett and Duane Isaacs; and many aunts, uncles, brother and sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews. Lorenda was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband of 43 years, Dennis Allen.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 11:00 AM with Minister Phillip Grubb officiating.  Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.  Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
