Lorene Brock

Lorene Brock, age 84 of Hamilton, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 19, 2019. Lorene was born in Clay County, Kentucky on June 25, 1934 to Gilbert Smith and Eltis Smith. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed the simple things in life. She liked to garden and go for drives through the country. On October 25, 1952 in Jellico, TN, she married Tilford Brock, and he preceded her in death 2001.

Lorene is survived by her children, Arris (David) Smith and Tim Brock; her grandchildren, Zach Smith, Alec Brock, and Victoria Brock, her siblings, Kay Hounshell, Elaine Moody, Warren Smith, Harold Smith, Lyman Smith, and Estill Smith. Lorene was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert Smith and Eltis Smith; one brother, Paul Smith; and an infant son.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave Hamilton, OH. Graveside service will be held at Rose Hill Burial Park, 2421 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Ohio, on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 2:30 PM. Memorial contributions can be made to Animal Adoption Foundation, 2480 Ross Millville Road or the Food Pantry at Rolling Hills Baptist Church, Fairfield OH.
