Loretta Einsfeld

Loretta Einsfeld, age 72 of Hamilton passed away at Bethesda North Hospital on Thursday, July 8, 2010. She was born in Hamilton on February 26, 1938 the daughter of Leonard and Alyce (Bishop) Gabbard. Loretta was a charter member and past president of Fraternal Order of Eagles #3680 Auxiliary. She enjoyed reading and crocheting, and was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who was devoted to her family. On October 7, 1955 in Aurora, Indiana she married John C. Einsfeld, and he preceded her in death in 1984.

She is survived by two sons, John Craig (Brenda) Einsfeld Sr. of Noblesville, Indiana and Gerald Scott (Patty) Einsfeld of Hamilton; three daughters, Cathy Brandenburg, Pamela (Royal) Smith, and Linda Kay Einsfeld, all of Hamilton; 13 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Joyce Garrett.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Monday, July 12, 2010 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Gary Barrett of New Life Ministries officiating. Burial will follow in Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
