Loretta Faye Lauridsen

Loretta Faye Lauridsen, age 70 of Hamilton passed away at Regency Hospital—Deaconess on Sunday, October 21, 2007 at 9:25 PM. She was born in Cincinnati on June 20, 1937 the daughter of Logan and Daisey (McGraw) Ferguson. Loretta was employed as an office worker at Ohio Casualty and was a member of Bethel Community Church. On May 2, 1992 she married Lawrence Lauridsen.

She is survived by two sons, Richard (Linda) Rice of Trenton and Michael Rice of Hamilton; three daughters, Deborah (Glenn) Ferris of Fairfield, Taryn (Leonard) Gipson of Hamilton, and Donna (James) Nutter of Fairfield Township; eleven grandchildren, Scott Ferris, Stacy Ferris, Sarah Ferris, Melissa Gipson, Ian Ruth, Rebecca Rice, Daniel Rice, Aaron Freytag, Adam Freytag, Benjamin Nutter, and Jonathan Nutter; and a great-grandchild, Cassidy Freytag. She was preceded in death by her parents, Logan Ferguson and Daisey Tolliver.

Funeral service will be held at the Bethel Community Church, 2015 NW Washington Blvd., on Thursday, October 25, 2007 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Charles A. Staudenmaier and Rev. Donald McElwee officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
