Louis Campbell, Jr.

Louis Campbell, Jr. age 68 of Fairfield passed away at Hospice of Hamilton at Sunrise on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at 5:00 PM. He was born in Fairfield on March 5, 1939 the son of Louis and Pearl (Hall) Campbell. Louis was a self-employed truck driver for LCJ Trucking Company for the last forty years. On July 3, 1965 in Hamilton he was married to Sherrill Flynn.

He is survived by his wife, Sherrill Campbell of Fairfield; two sons, Louis (Kim) Campbell III of Fairfield and Shawn E. Campbell of Cincinnati; two grandsons, Christopher and Andrew Campbell; and his loving dog, GiGi. He is also survived by one brother, Walt (Lavern) Campbell of Fairfield; and three sisters, Judy (Joe) Culp of Felicity, Ohio, Paula Campbell of Cincinnati, and Joyce Dilyard of Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, and six sisters.

Funeral services will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Saturday, November 17, 2007 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Randy J. Moore, Pastor of Lindenwald Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The family requests memorials to Hospice of Cincinnati.
