Louis Schaub

Louis Schaub, age 63 of Fairfield, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, July 29, 2015. He was born in Hamilton on May 23, 1952 to Franklin and Judith Schaub. On August 25, 1979 he married Judy Young. Louis was retired from AK Steel, where he worked for 33 years. He was a faithful member of Freedom Chapel Church, and spent his life serving the Lord.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Judith Schaub; daughter and best friend, Amy Howard; son-in-law, Doug Howard; his precious grandchildren, DJ Howard, and Kylee Howard; and many friends, family, and his church family. He was preceded in death by a son, Franklin Dale Schaub; and his parents.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 10:00 AM with his dear friend Pastor Walt Philpot officiating. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 3, 2015 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
