Louise Ann Schroer

Louise Ann Schroer, age 80 of Hamilton passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at 8:45 AM. She was born in Hamilton on July 21, 1928 the daughter of Salvator and Theresa (Landi) Minnielli. Louise was a member of St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church. In May, 1961 she married Gene Schroer, and he preceded her in death in 1980.

She is survived by a son, Gene Alan Schroer of Hamilton; a daughters, Terre (Leif) Rozin of West Chester; two stepdaughters, Georgia Schroer of Los Angeles, California, and Susan Flick of Fairfield; six grandchildren, Remey Rozin, Robyn (Owen) Dean, Heath (Megan) Rozin, Garret (Windy) Rozin, Christopher Schroer, and Rebekah Schroer,; five great-grandchildren, Emory Dean, Mackenzie Dean, Spencer Rozin, Bailey Harrell, and Enrique Costello; a brother, Lou Minnielli of Fairfield; two sisters, Toni Chaney and Carmella (Ray) Nichting, both of Hamilton; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Bill Minnielli.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Saturday, August 2, 2008 at 12:00 noon with Fr. Timothy Bunch, Pastor of St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church officiating. Entombment will follow in St. Stephen’s Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Hamilton, 1010 Eaton Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio 45013.
