Louvada Sunderhaus, age 85 of Hamilton, passed away at UC West Chester Hospital on Monday, June 8, 2026. She was born in Mount Vernon, Kentucky on April 3, 1941 the daughter of George Dewey and Emma Ethel (Peters) Scott. Louvada was an executive secretary at Avon Products for more than twenty-five years and she attended Princeton Pike Church of God. She had a great love for all animals, especially her dogs and enjoyed watching the birds at the feeders. On April 18, 1981, in Colerain Township she married Paul Sunderhaus.
Louvada is survived by her husband, Paul Sunderhaus; one daughter, Gayle (James) Unzicker; one granddaughter, Alyson Gawrych; one great grandson, Benjamin Salyers; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and nine siblings, Ardella Redwine, Laura Short, Isabel Bowling, Gladys Morris, Marie Allen, Shirley Phillips, Edward Scott, Rowland Scott, and Lindzy Scott.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Friday, June 12, 2026 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Jake Jacobs officiating. Burial will follow at West Chester Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
