Maggie P. Hedges, age 86 of West Chester, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Friday, May 19, 2017. Maggie was born in London, Kentucky on June 20, 1930 to John Parsley and Grace (Garland) Parsley. She was a clerk at the Albers Grocery Store for many years. On July 19, 1947 in Hamilton, she married Charles Hedges, and he preceded her in death in 2009.
Maggie is survived by one daughter, Andrea (David) Jorgensen; two grandchildren, Andrew Lagan and Emily Lagan; one brother, Raymond Parsley; and one sister Mae (Dill) Asher. Maggie was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Jimmy Parsley; and one sister Mattie Sams.
Prayer service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 12:00 PM with Fr. Geoff Drew of St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish celebrant. Burial will follow at West Chester Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
