Margaret "Marge" Hickey Carberry

Margaret "Marge" Hickey Carberry entered the gates of Heaven with the Lord waiting with open arms on May 1, 2012. She was a very spiritual woman who loved God and her family. She is reunited with her mother, Ethel Hickey, her sister Sylvia Rucker, and her dear son John "Bubby" Carberry, and many other loved ones. Marge cared for anyone who needed her, as long as she was able. Her family had a great wife, mother, mamaw, sister, and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her and whom she touched.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving and caring husband of 44 years, John Carberry; her children, Ansel Dean Queen, Michelle Rose, and April Riley; two sons-in-law, Rob Rose and Darrell Riley; grandkids Dakota Troxell, Miranda Queen, Nathan Carberry, Johnny Ray Carberry, Travis Trent, Ashley Rose, Rachel Queen, Jasmine Rose, Summer Riley, Billy Rhoads, Melody Rhoads, and Marshall Rhoads; a great-granddaughter, Rylee Chandler; a sister, Wanda Spurlock; a brother, Crayton "Junior" Hickey; and many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 11:00 AM with Brother Gary Barrett of New Life Ministries officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
